Besides covering the Kings and Clippers here on SportSpeak, Lars is the current play-by-play for SUNY Buffalo State Division III men's hockey and a writer for WNY Hockey Report, covering collegiate club hockey and feature stories around Buffalo, Rochester and Jamestown, NY. He has been a long-time fan of his hometown Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bills, along with being a fan of the Boston Celtics, Boston Red Sox and Notre Dame athletics. His tie to southern California is having a lot of extended family there and vacations in Yorba Linda. Lars has also been an avid Anaheim Ducks fan for many years. He is a graduate at SUNY Buffalo State with a bachelor's in journalism, who currently works at 91.3FM WBNY in their sports broadcasting department.
